actully belive if it or not the Boreal Forest in canada is more important for the environment then the rainforest.

But other then that, if you destroy the rainforest because of the small humus layer very little plants will be able to regrow there therefore ALOT of CO2 will be put back into the atmosphere and it will stay there. It would be best to keep the entire rainforest.

As they say, it only takes 4 degrees Celsius worldwide in an increase or a decrese in weather to enter an iceage.

they also recycle about 70% of our air supply. at least, that's what i've heard. i think. bah, whatever.

Why bother trying to save the rainforest when...
-It's gonna die out anyway.
-We get resources we NEED from the rainforest.
-We can harvest algae(not plankton

) and breath with those. Algae was the first type of plant on Earth to make Oxygen
